Elizabeth SimpsonElizabeth B. Simpson is a principal in Bentley Simpson Consulting, LLC, specializing in Executive Coaching, Strategic Planning and Executive Team Building. She addresses these and other Human Resources management initiatives for non-profit and for profit organizations.

Prior to joining Bentley-Simpson Consulting, LLC, she held the position of Senior Vice President for Human Resources at Baystate Health System in Springfield, Massachusetts. She, also, served as Vice President Human Resources, Corporate Staff at Aetna Inc. in Hartford, CT. She worked in a variety of senior management roles with The Travelers Companies. Additionally, she adds to her professional expertise international business management experience where she worked between Europe and Asia as the Executive Director for the United Service Organizations (USO).

Involved in many community organizations, she serves as a board member and secretary of the Sickle Cell Disease Association of America, Inc., in Baltimore, Maryland.

Elizabeth, also, belongs to several professional and community organizations. She is a member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Eta Alpha Omega Chapter in Rock Hill, South Carolina and the Charlotte Chapter of the Links Incorporated.

Ms. Simpson earned a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Management with a concentration in Management and Supervision from Central Michigan University and earned her Bachelor’s degree in English and French from Paine College.

Ms. Simpson resides in Fort Mill, South Carolina with her husband, Theron; where she enjoys oil and water color painting, landscape design, gardening and gourmet cooking. She is a member of St. Philip Neri Catholic Church in Fort Mill, South Carolina.
